He has committed acts countless times more severe – the current estimate of fatalities resulting from his reductions to USAID stands at 600,000 and growing, and presently a study projected his energy policies would result in fatalities 1.3 million more. However nothing as distinctive. No former leader would have risked – really, no former commander would have imagined – solo demolishing large sections of the presidential residence in order to erect a palace-inspired entertainment space, with the enthusiastic participation of numerous America's wealthiest, nearly all of which conduct transactions with the government.

A Battle for the Finest Within Us
